• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, collect, or store your card number.
• Wellness information you choose to share: for example, goals or dietary preferences entered into our supplement quiz or nutrition calculator. This is used only to generate your recommendation.
• Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To process and ship your orders, and send order confirmations and receipts.
• To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• To send marketing emails, if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To personalise supplement recommendations you request.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To detect fraud and keep the site secure.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, which may use cookies to show you our ads on other sites after you visit ours. • Stripe for payment processing

We keep order records as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.

• Request correction or deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Note that we do not sell your data.
